Our detection algorithms are continually audited and their data reporting accuracy improved. We have some minimum requirements around suitable lighting levels and position of the sensors in the space being monitored. Accuracy will be dependent on how close your installation can meet ideal conditions, but the majority of our customers achieve 95 - 99.9% accuracy. We perform an on-site audit of every customer’s installation and will inform you of the accuracy level for each of your sensors.

The HoxtonAi dashboard allows you to view your site traffic and space usage on a very granular level. Customers have found they can view trends, patterns and unusual behaviour in ways never before possible.

In addition to viewing details around traffic to sites, spaces and doorways - you can break this down to the time period of your choosing. Understand traffic behaviour on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis.

Our sensors require an internet connection to maintain an accurate count of your traffic. Sensor alerts will notify staff when any of your sensors are experiencing connectivity issues.

Set up your own alerts to tell relevant staff members when spaces in your site hit critical occupancy levels or have had certain levels of visits.

Our sensors do not need any technical expertise to install. Customers can easily install, connect and even relocate sensors themselves.

A single HoxtonAi sensor can monitor a space up to 3m wide. For entrances/exits wider than 3m, a pair of sensors can be used and grouped together to cover larger spaces. *The Horizontal sensor has a range of up to 5m.

If you change your site layout, or for any reason need to move a sensor, this is easy to do and can be managed directly through the Control Room. The history of data captured by the sensor is preserved after it is moved.

All identifiable features are anonymised before any data leaves the sensor. This ensures our people count and occupancy solutions are fully GDPR compliant.

Multiple user accounts. Admin users will have full access to all sites in your organisation. Regular members can be restricted to just their relevant sites.
